BARON™ is an innovative educational program organized by ABA ACADEMY, intended for everyone who wants to safely, gradually and professionally enter the world of permanent makeup - regardless of previous experience. The program was created as a result of many years of work in education and practice, with the aim of solving the key challenges that participants face after education: insecurity, lack of practice, loss of motivation and an unclear path towards independent work.
Instead of the classic "education and the end" model, BARON™ offers a structured and guided process, through education, practice, assignments, mentoring and support, which continues after the end of the education itself. The program is built on real experiences and concrete results, with clear tasks and measurable goals.
