Delivery information

Baron Lux sends all orders exclusively through the courier service DPD Croatia.
Speed and reliability of delivery are extremely important to us, and invoices will be sent to the e-mail address you specified when ordering.

Croatia

Goods ordered through the Baron Lux online store are shipped as soon as possible.
The shipping cost is calculated automatically during purchase and will be clearly displayed in the shopping cart along with the product price.

Standard delivery DPD or GLS, depending on the supplier (2–5 business days, except islands)
For orders over €49.99, shipping is free, and the cost is fully borne by Baron Team doo.
The delivery time for products that are in stock throughout Croatia is 3 working days from the day the order is placed, and for the islands up to 7 working days (except for products with a special note).
Orders received on weekdays by 11 am are usually shipped the same day.
Delivery is not made on weekends, but only from Monday to Friday.

In the event of a change in the delivery date or any other circumstances important for the execution of the order, the customer will be notified immediately by our customer service.

If the package with the ordered products does not arrive within the expected period (5 working days from the order), please contact us via e-mail webshop@baronlux.com so that we can take the necessary measures.

Remark:
Baron Team doo is not responsible for delays caused by holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances with the delivery service, but we will always do our best to help resolve the problem.
