Delivery information

Baron Lux sends all orders exclusively via DPD or GLS courier service.
The speed and reliability of delivery are extremely important to us, and invoices will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.

Croatia

Goods ordered through the Baron Lux online store are dispatched as soon as possible.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during purchase and will be clearly displayed in the cart along with the product price.

Standard delivery DPD or GLS, depending on the supplier (2–5 business days, excluding islands)
For orders over €99.99, delivery is free, and the cost is entirely borne by Baron Team d.o.o.
The delivery period for products in stock throughout Croatia is 2-5 business days from the date of the confirmed order, and up to 7 business days for islands (except for products with a special note).
Orders received on weekdays by 11 AM are usually shipped the same day.
Delivery is not made on weekends, but exclusively from Monday to Friday.

In case of any change in the delivery period or any other circumstance important for the execution of the order, the customer will be immediately informed by our customer service.

If the package with ordered products does not arrive within the expected period (5 business days from the order, in Croatia, 7 business days for islands), please contact us via email at webshop@baronlux.com so we can take the necessary steps.

Baron Team d.o.o. is not responsible for delays caused by holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances with the delivery service, but we will always strive to help resolve any issues.
