Baron Team doo offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this website, to you, the visitor and/or customer, conditioned on your acceptance of all terms, conditions, rules and notices stated herein.

Article II. - Products and/or services

Baron Team doo undertakes to regularly maintain and provide visitors and customers with unequivocal, clear, easy-to-understand information about products in a manner adapted to the means of remote communication. Products and/or services are available exclusively online through the website https://baronlux.com We have tried to display the colors and images of our products that appear in our online store as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that the color display on your screen/monitor will be correct due to different settings depending on the screen. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to restrict the sale of our products or services to any person, geographic area, region or jurisdiction. We can exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product or service we offer. All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited or otherwise prohibited. We do not guarantee that the quality of any product, service, information, or other material purchased by you will meet your expectations.

Article III. Terms of sale/purchase

The procedure and conditions for purchasing goods through the baronlux.com online store are defined through the following parameters: order, payment, delivery and complaint of goods Baron Team doo enables the purchase of the entire range of goods offered by it through its online store. Any person who orders at least one product electronically is considered a customer.

• Ordering goods

Goods are ordered electronically. By pressing the “Add to Cart” button, the selected product is saved in the cart. Goods are considered ordered when the customer completes the entire ordering process. You will receive a confirmation that the order has been received by the e-mail address you used to register as a customer. If you do not receive such a message, please check whether the items are in your cart. If they are not, please contact us by e-mail at webshop@baronlux.com Baron Team doo, as the owner of the website baronlux.com, is obliged to deliver all ordered products. If baronlux.com is unable to deliver any of the ordered products, it will contact the buyer of the goods by e-mail regarding a replacement product or cancellation of the ordered product. All other ordered products will be delivered.

Product prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT. Baron Team doo may determine certain discounts on purchases via the Webshop (via discount codes) which may apply for a certain period of time. Product prices are subject to change until the moment of order approval.

By confirming the Purchase and Service Agreement, users complete the purchase process. The price of delivery and additional costs of purchased products is included in the final price of the order that the buyer pays to the account.

Consumers can pay for their approved orders in the following ways, where they decide on the payment method themselves:

Transport of goods

The ordered goods will be packed in such a way that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. When taking over the ordered goods, the customer is obliged to check for possible damages or deviations from the quantity of the ordered goods, and immediately make a complaint to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, refusing to take over the delivered goods. Checking the correctness of the order depends on the customer, and subsequent complaints are not accepted. The goods are delivered within 1-3 working days after the completion of the order and is valid for the entire Republic of Croatia. The price of delivery is not included in the price of the product.

Complaints

If the item you received does not suit you, if you have any questions or wish to exchange the item, please contact us by e-mail within 14 days of receiving the shipment at: webshop@baronlux.com and we will do our best to accommodate you, unless the item has already been used or destroyed, and this was not due to our fault or the fault of the delivery person. You are deemed to have fulfilled your obligation on time if, before the expiry of the previously specified deadline, you send or hand over the goods to us, or to a person authorized by us to receive the goods. We can only issue a refund after the goods have been returned to us or after you provide us with proof that you have sent the goods back to us. The item must be returned to the address Pick&Pack (For Baron Team doo), Ulica Grada Gospića 1a, 10000 Zagreb.

You bear the costs of returning the item yourself.

Article IV - Method of protecting confidential data

All user data is strictly kept and is only accessible to employees who need this data to perform their job. Article VI. - Online Payment Security Statement

When paying on our web store, you use CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure acceptance of payment cards via the Internet. CorvusPay ensures complete confidentiality of your card details from the moment you enter them in the CorvusPay payment form. Payment details are transmitted encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with the complete details of your payment card. Also, the data is inaccessible even to CorvusPay system employees. The isolated core independently transfers and manages sensitive data, keeping it completely secure.

The form for entering payment details is secured with the highest level of security SSL transport encryption. You do not need a new MasterCard or Maestro® card to use this service. You choose your own personal MasterCard SecureCode and never share it with any online merchant. The private code means additional security against unauthorized use of your credit or debit card when shopping online. Every time you make an online payment with your MasterCard or Maestro card, a window from your card issuer opens and asks you to enter your personal SecureCode, just like it asks you to enter your PIN at an ATM. In just a few seconds, the card issuer confirms your data and allows you to complete your online purchase.

3. Verified by Visa

Verified by Visa™ is a new service that allows you to shop online with additional security. With the simple process of Verified by Visa™, your identity is confirmed when shopping in online stores included in the program. This convenient way of shopping is possible through your existing Visa card.

Plus, Verified by Visa™ is a quick process. You only need to register your card once and create your own password. Then, after making a purchase at participating stores, the Verified by Visa™ window will appear. Simply enter your password and click "submit." Your identity is verified and your purchase is secure.

4. PayPal

Register for PayPal for free via https://www.paypal.com/hr/webapps/mpp/home and enter your bank or credit card details. Please note that payments are only possible from registered PayPal accounts within the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region.

When ordering at www.baronlux.com, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal page. Here you confirm the payment with your email address and your PayPal password.

After successful payment, you will be redirected back to www.baronlux.com where you will receive confirmation that your order has been successfully received.

Payment via PayPal Express is not possible.

Article VII. - Declaration of conversion

All payments will be made in euros. The amount that will be charged to your credit card account is obtained by converting the price into euros according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of the credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.
